Mission Statement and Vision

TNAC is a national association comprised of nurses and other health care professionals from a variety of disciplines caring for patients with thoracic diseases. Our members work in hospitals, clinics, research and academic facilities in a variety of roles. TNAC's mission is to promote involvement in quality care in thoracic nursing practice through the development and support of nurses. We aim to advance standards of nursing care, expand knowledge of best practice guidelines related to our patient population and team with ongoing education and training to cultivate educational advancement and oppurtunities.

    The New Year is well underway, as you can see our website has a whole new look and other changes will be coming to improve our website. This remains a work in progress and the executive welcomes any comments or suggestions you want to share with us..

    Our goal is to make this an interactive site, where we can share ideas and up to date information to better care for our patients and their families.
